This building, suite and pool areas are amazing, new amenities, clean....the suite could use a small table and chair to eat on ...the building is a little difficult to find, maybe put a sign outside as I wasn't sure, and walked around for 10 minutes... otherwise it's in a convenient location, 5 mins to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops

A bit hard to find since the entrance is in an alley but it’s only a 30 second walk from the bus station. Everything is walking distance. Tons of restaurants and street food. Roof top pool and seating area is amazing! Clean and tons of space to relax and walk the sunset. Rooms are spacious and have pretty much everything you need. Only thing is check-in is a bit strange, you need to meet the owner staying on the property. Would for sure stay here again.

Close to bus for transport to/from PV. Just outside of the business of the town, but close enough to walk to all the action and beach. Very comfortable. Good value. Host didn’t answer through booking site but was on property. Some maintenance stuff in the suite but nothing too major. Definitely would stay again!

Had to ask for better room, toilet paper, coffee, and pillow cases. They said no shampoo or soap - even for dishes. School noise during day and bar music at night. Fabulous pool and rooftop was refreshing and this places best asset.

The location is perfect! The apartment is a nice size with good air conditioning. Bed is comfortable. It has a small functioning kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. I didn’t really have any issues with noise. I do have one big complaint and that would be their wifi. It’s not reliable and very unstable.

This property is very difficult to find no visible signage, it took almost 90 minutes to find, ITS RIGHT BEHIND THE BUS STATION, if it hadn’t been for Paulina, the one staff I met, I would never have found it. Apparently the facility ran out of gas for heating the water and for the gas stove the Saturday before I arrived and they were waiting for delivery, and it was not rectified before I left the fojjowing Saturday, other than those issues the studio room was ok for 1 or Two persons. I will not stay here again

Tiene varios pros y contras Pros: el lugar es de fácil acceso, esta a un lado de la terminal, hay oxos y modelo ramas a la vuelta y la playa está a unas cuadras. Contras: No hay un anuncio de hotel o algo que sepas que es ahí, la fachada es un portón negro como de cualquier casa y no tiene recepción, cosa que cuesta entender para un hotel. Cuarto: Pros: la habitación esta muy bien, con buen espacio, cuenta con cocina, refrigerador, platos y vajilla, cuenta con balcón. Contras: Pesar que tiene muchas cosas para preparate comida o un café, no cuenta con sillas y ni una mesa para sentarte, el balcón es compartido con la habitación de a lado por lo que es un poco inseguro, el balcón tampoco tiene luz, si estas de noche en el hotel y quieres estar en el balcón tienes que usar la lámpara de tu celular porque no se ve nada
