"Enjoyable"

"This is our 4th time at Starfish. Each time it gets better in some areas. Customer service mainly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating esp in the dining room and front desk. WiFi did not work in the room only in the common areas. My husband and I love playing pool, please starfish fix the pool table or buy a new one! It is ridiculous trying to play pool on it. It’s about to fall over. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping comes in daily. The food on a whole was good but needs improvement. The 2 grill chefs were excellent. They made my husband a very delicious fish entree on a few occasions. One of my favorite items (veggie wraps) was not on the menu due to running out of the item. They replaced it with a hard taco filled with green salad. That was unacceptable. The veggie burger was excellent thou Everything was very fresh. The highlight of our trip was seeing the leatherback turtles come up on the beach and lay their eggs. It was very beautiful. One thing thou a starfish employee was out on the beach talking with people watching the turtles was way too loud while the turtle was laying her eggs. That was a bit frustrating esp since there are signs telling you to be quiet when you witness this. More training for this staff is essential. "

"I recently booked a stay at Pesheres Inn for my newly married uncle and aunt, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As someone who is always looking for the best deals, I booked through another site, without reading the fine print. However, the staff at Pesheres Hotel, especially were incredibly understanding and accommodating and helped me book through Expedia and the owner cancelled the other itinerary. They made sure that my uncle and aunt had a seamless check-in process and knowing they were elderly, upgraded their accommodation. Who wouldn’t love awesome management? My aunt and uncle were pleasantly surprised by receiving a complimentary bottle of wine, which I thought was really nice. PeSheres itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool temp was perfect and they had lots of outdoor seating to relax or have a meal. I highly recommend Pesheres Hotel to anyone looking for an easy and hassle-free experience, especially when booking online and from another country. I booked this place based on the pictures and was Not disappointed. Thank you PeSheres and the staff at Pesheres Hotel, for making my uncle and aunts stay a memorable one. I will definitely be booking with you again in the future. We are very satisfied customers."

"Crown Point is a historic beach hotel. It has a great location with beautiful sunsets on the Caribbean Sea and it is only a short walk to Store Bay beach which has soft clean sand and smooth entrance into the water. Most rooms have ocean views from balconies or porches. I enjoy delicious rum punches and food served by personable staff at Blu the onsite restaurant particularly at sunset. From the front desk team to security they work to accommodate the travelers."

"Easy to find , the pool area with small bar / communal space that has blue tooth speakers was excellent. Great Wi-Fi and overall relaxing atmosphere. "

"The warmth and hospitality was above and beyond any past experiences. This was my home for ten wonderful days. The host , Donna and I bonded like sisters. My sister and a friend joined us for two nights and were blown away by the ambience and the warm welcome they received as well. The view of the Atlantic sea with the arrival and departure of the ferries APT James and Buccoo Reef was an additional bonus to look forward to evenings and mornings. I will be returning for certain. The warm coconut bake and side dishes added another dimension to the hospitality. Indeed a most enjoyable experience worth repeating. "

"We arrived at the property and our room had been overbooked. The receptionist surprised us with a HUGE complimentary upgrade to the most expensive bungalow in the resort. The rooms were super clean, staff was fantastic and the food was delicious! The beach and resort was the definition of romantic and can’t wait to go back! "
