"The Palace Hill Hotel was excellent from start to finish. Adam, Tip & Baby Jasmine were excellent hosts. Good location, street parking permit given on arrival for easy parking behind hotel. Room was clean & fresh, cleaned everyday of our stay, fresh towels when required, coffee, tea & hot chocolate replenished daily, bottle of water refilled daily. Bed was comfortable, plenty of storage & hanger space. Bathroom was good with towel rail, toilet, basin, shower & cabinet. Shower was the best we have had when staying in any hotel, it was large, easy to use and good water flow. The only one downfall was the thin walls and as we had a loud-talking couple in the room next door we could hear their conversations very early in the morning !!!! One thing to note is that there are about a dozen steep steps to negotiate to the hotel door, so bear this in mind with suitcases. Overall we had a fantastic stay at The Palace Hill Hotel and would definately book again if visiting Scarborough. Highly recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to stay and the prices are very reasonable too 👍 "
