"It was great for transportation. Within easy walking distance of tram, train and metro. The apartment was quite spartan. Bring your own salt and pepper. It would have been helpful to have a microwave. It’s about 12 minutes from the central station which takes you out of the crowded areas but close enough to get to where you want to go. It was a very secure and safe place to stay."

Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...

However, one star goes off: the hotels positions itself as 4-star, however our linens were threadbare thin, and the sheet had small hole in the middle from excessive wear. In addition, the AC unit in our room had control unit broken, with the AC set at 22C w/o any chance to change it. No dealbreakers, but for the hotel level, not acceptable minor flaws"

"Excellent location and renovated within the past few years, so well designed and new. Great breakfast space. Easy checkin and checkout and helpful friendly checkin staff. Would have scored 5 stars but the room servicing is odd. We were not told at checkin that rooms are only serviced every three days for “environmental reasons”. We are very familiar and agree with not replacing towels every day, but I would expect rooms to be cleaned/ glasses cleaned/coffee replaced at this standard of hotel....
