"As a solo traveler, there are a few things i keep in mind when looking for my stay. These things are WiFi, AC, parking, and a good location. This hotel fulfilled all of those things. Such a great base if you're staying in Switzerland. I was able to take plenty of day trips from here. There's also a lot across the street where I felt extremely comfortable parking my car (for a fee but so worth it). The staff was also incredibly kind! Room was quaint, just what I needed to sleep. This place is right across the street from the train station which can be convenient if you're planning on taking the train. It can be a little noisy but nothing I couldn't sleep through. I loved my trip to Swiss and would def recommend this location!"

"This was an amazing place to stay. Affordable, super clean, beautiful view, great location, and extremely nice and helpful staff. Truly the staff makes this place the best! Our first night it was quite hot so no air conditioning is a little tough but the other nights it was very cool with the windows open. Would defiantly stay again, great place!!"

"The location was perfect and very central. Our room was very spacious and the kitchen was really nice to have. My son enjoyed having the fold-out sofa for his own bed. The different levels (even on the same floor) and many stairs are not the easiest to navigate with luggage. And the self check-in and mandatory check-out was also fairly confusing. But the cafe staff were as helpful as they could be. The laundry room was also a nice addition since we were well into our trip here and needed that service. Just know it takes a LONG time to wash and dry with these machines - like several hours."

"Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in."
