TJUNG SENG

A room with two modern armchairs, a round table, and a textured wall.

Hotel AVA

Neuenkirch

8/10 Good

Nice modern hotel with just a few steps away from the train station, Sempach. I wasn't bothered by the noise reported and didn't have any bad experience from sleeping. Only small issue was the hotel was full and I was given a handicapped room, which meant no frosted glass or partition for the toilet and bathroom. This meant having to draw the curtains most of the time for privacy, which is a waste, as the room had great sunlight.

Flora

A modern building with a flat roof, large windows, and a balcony. It is surrounded by lush greenery and a winding road.

Hotel Des Balances

Old Town Lucerne

10/10 Excellent

Hotel location is perfect at the old town area. Train station is about a 10-15 mins walk away. We took a cab when we checked in but it’s definitely walkable if you don’t have much baggage. The rooms are of a very decent size and are pretty well maintained too, only thing I can complain is the toilet size as I could only open and close the toilet door halfway without knocking on the toilet bowl.

Boon Wee

A hotel reception area with a modern design, featuring a reception desk, seating area, and a staircase.
