"Stayed for 3 nights and had no issues with anything. The welcome card for staying 3+ nights is a great bonus and saved us 30+ euros on the Nordkette trip to the top of Innsbruck. Staff was very helpful with any questions & minor requests we had throughout the whole stay. Our room also had a great view from the 10th floor. Would stay here again in the future."

They do offer a unique parking experience but be aware that only the small cars will fit in the garage. Overall, a great place to stay with many dining options within easy walking distance. We would stay here again!"
