"We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance. We also accidentally left a shirt and a blender cup in the room and the staff saved both items for us and had them ready to return to us as soon as we returned and asked for them. We...

"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"

"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "Amazing place just above Bad Kreutznach. 10-15 minutes walk into town through the forest. Quiet and comfortable. Staff so nice. Dinner was delicious! The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and everything is really good! Definitely would stay there again!"
