"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "
