The location of the hotel is great. I think the hotel needs a bit tlc , somebody who cares. Also as I booked 2 doubles with twin beds, I expect twin beds and not just a tiny sofa bed. Unexceptionable!

The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The staff is amazing. Is not so close from the city but there is public transportation (just check the times), the mall is close by and a lot of shops there.
