The carpets were stained there is mould around the shower screen and the taps, the worktop surfaces showed remnants of previous occupants. The toaster still had breadcrumbs in it. We arrived early Keith let us check in early after a long journey.
Parked onsite for the duration.
Walk to esplanade is at least 15 mins.
Breakfast was a fried breakfast or cereal.

"I had a lovely stay. The owners/staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Even though it’s connected to a pub you couldn’t hear a thing. The bed was comfy and the ensuite bathroom was gorgeous The only negatives are, I couldn’t leave my window open as there was an easily accessible large ledge right outside and the window could be opened fully from the outside if left open so I didn’t feel safe to leave open. The parking is a small walk (2 mins) and you have to park in a loading bay to check in and then get the parking permit which wasn’t fully explained when I booked. I would definitely stay here again. "Got a family room (5people) with sea view which was freshly renovated clean and spacious. Newly furnished, new comfy mattresses large winfow facing the sea. Bathroom freshly renovated and modern with shower cubicle. The pictures in the listing were taken before renovation and doesn't do the justice. I was impressed with the room. Parking at the back of the property tight but available. Pool table, darts and evening entertainment in the basement. Pleasant stay just staff running around and hard to find in the reception. Perfect location "
