"One of the worst place to stay on beach. Terrible service and staff. Out of 4 days 22 of those days we stayed I have to call them repeatedly to get our room cleaned. One of those days after several repeated complaints and requests they told us that after 4:30 no cleaning was available. Don’t stay here. "

"I never did figure out the so-called "direct access" to the beach. You have to cross the street and navigate through another hotel's parking lot to get to the beach. That is not direct access. Overall the property is fine and the price is good. The front desk makes you use the little window after 6pm like it's some hustler hotel in the hood. The pool is small. The bar is there. Staff is friendly. The garden area with the tables is lovely. The bed was hard as a rock and felt old and worn down, but at least there's no weird 1980's polyester cover on the bed!"

"Great location however we were notified that our beach front rooms were closed less than 12 hours prior to boarding. Tried in vain to call the listed telephone number to arrange for new accommodations. Had ti back door my way to customer service to finally get a hold of the reservations team. Vacations are meant to be fun, not suddenly thrust into customer service. "

"Every time I walked around the room with my white socks it got extremely dirty Everything else was great other than that , they do not serve breakfast, but on the bright side, it’s right across the street from McDonald’s"

"Clean, bright, reasonably-priced home base to head to the beach or walk 2 blocks to the action downtown. Courtyard could use a little landscape TLC. But has everything you may need, and Bill is a few steps or a text away to help you procure it if not. "
