"Our short break at the Masons Arms was most enjoyable.The staff and service were excellent,the food of a exceptionally high standard for a pub.The accommodation was really very good being refurbished a couple of years ago and the premium room was very spacious and fitted out tastefully.If I could offer a positive critique it would be to change the light bulbs for a brighter type as the room could be quite dark.Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely visit again."

"Booked a mid-week night away, our first stay here. Delighted with what we found: - good sized room (but would be good to have a socket or 2 by the bed). Clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff & owner. Good menu selection for our evening meal there. Right next to harbour and our room had sea views. Amazing breakfast - so much choice and loads. Even a residents car park. Would go back again."

Nice old pub, good size room with large bath/shower and the usual tv, kettle, etc. Restaurant was a surprise - interesting menu, reasonably priced and really good food. Not the usual pub microwave fare but well cooked fresh food which I thoroughly enjoyed."

"Love this hotel I paid £129 and everything is nearly brand-new. The room was really well done and the shower was nice. I had a cheeseboard and a beer on the top roof restaurant bar and a buffet breakfast the next day. I couldn’t fault this place. "
