Wonderful location, plenty of helpful friendly staff. Small but comfortable room, the lobby bar and different public open, cozy spaces make up for the smaller room. Love that they have 3 elevators so they’re never crowded and you are aren’t waiting long. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I loved my stay at the Citizen M. Peter went out of his way to make sure that my stay exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay at the Citizen M again.

I love the floor plan concept. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The iPad for room controls is a plus too. Bar and espresso on site made the stay wonderful. But besides all THE STAFF are outstanding. Friendly, helpful and always a smile. Loved it here thanks.

I always sleep well in the rooms of citizenM. It is my favorite hotel chain. The rooms are super comfortable, the blinds can be fully dark, rooms are quiet, property is clean, and decor modern and welcoming.

Really loved our stay here! We were hesitant about the size of the room when booking, but it wasn't bad for my mom and I. We actually utilized the common areas a lot and loved how trendy and comfortable the lobby areas were. Since there is no microwave in the room, we would go downstairs to reheat our leftovers from the night before and ate in the lobby with no issues. Overall loved the location and was able to walk to multiple bus stops nearby. Great food all within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly. My one and only wish was that the water in the shower was hotter.

This hotel is really visually appealing, offers a late night bar/happy hour menu and is located right by some great coffee/dining options. The rooms are small - they are more European designed, but they are very high tech and comfortable. We did just fine with two people, but if you are travelling with a kid, it might be tough to fit all of you in one King sized room. Great gym and amenitites.

The staff were great and allowed us in early as our room was ready. Very clean and tidy hotel in a great location! I really liked the lights in the room and the blinds were very dark ensuring a good sleep. The only downside was I wish the shower water had been hotter. Overall a wonderful stay.

It’s always a great stay at this CitizenM location. Plenty good food options within walking distance. Great service, rooms are small but if you’re familiar with this concept hotel, you know this is the case for each of their locations. If there’s one small thing they can add to their hotels, it’s a small convenience store with ‘daily needs’, water/drinks, snacks Highly recommend staying here.

Level is a gem. Many amenities. 3 pools! My favorites are the gym 🔥 and the music room. I will say they cannot and will not send house keeping for any reason. Even if “Aunt Flo” comes to visit and there is a mess. Other than that… ZERO complaints. I stay here EVERY time I travel to Seattle for business.
