"While the hotel itself was nice, clean, and good amenities, my experience with the front desk ruined the stay.
Around 11:30pm on 6/6/26, my family was awakened by multiple phone calls to our room. We were there for my sons baseball tournament, so we needed to be up early. The repeated calls disrupted our sleep and made it hard to get back to sleep.
I went to the lobby thinking it was another room calling as a prank, only to find out it was the front desk. They failed to collect a card at check-in for the incidental charge, which they admitted was their mistake. Because I booked through Expedia, the room was prepaid and they didn’t have my card on file.
What made this so frustrating was that they thought it was acceptable to repeatedly call in the middle of the night over a $49 incidental and a $29 restaurant charge. I asked why it couldn’t wait until morning but was told they worry guests will leave without paying. I am 100% good for the money and would have provided my card the next day without issue. The worst part was the lack of empathy. The front desk employee acted like it was no big deal, despite it being their mistake. In the morning, a different employee was apologetic and agreed it should never have happened, but said her manager could not do anything because the booking was through a third party.
The hotel may be nice, but this experience was unacceptable. I will be hard pressed to stay here again and would not recommend it to my team or anyone traveling."
