" So many things to mention! They provide hot tea, coffee and a variety of fruit infused water all day at the check-in area. There are water refill stations for your reusable water bottles and an ice machine conveniently located right outside the pool and hot tub area. The grounds are beautiful and there are tons of comfy sitting areas that offer fire pits in the center of where you can picnic. They provide bikes if you wish to take a ride and the town is super walkable. They have a beautiful yard that offers yard games that has sitting areas as well and Adirondack chairs…. Bocce ball court, ping pong tables, corn toss, and other options. Gorgeous and fragrant jasmine throughout the property and a convenient assigned parking directly in front of your room. Our room was plenty big enough & clean and fresh. The bathroom is a little separated for privacy and there is a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. We indulged at the spa for mud baths and salt scrubs with a coconut soak… both were AMAZING!"

"The property is beautiful. We have no complaint about that. The bed I was in was quite lumpy for my comfort. We were only there for one night so not a big deal. The heat did not work in this room; it would only blow cold air. They could not move us. Eventually, they brought us space heaters. We live up the coast and frequently are in Santa Rosa for errands and appointments, so the price point was great and the location is convenient. Hopefully, this gets fixed, but be aware that in the cooler months, you might need to ask for the space heaters instead of doing the maintenance dance for hours and then being told they cannot move you because you've "used the room"."

"Lovely room for a good price in the area. Diner across parking lot was excellent and the hotel has coffee available all the time in the lobby, plus coffee in the room. Conveniently located by a gas station (with a great variety of interesting and unusual candies and snacks, not just your run of the mill Snickers and Twix), and a grocery store just 6 min walk away. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were great. Netflix easily available on TV. Only downsides were a few things in need of maintenance…shower curtain holder was partially detached so it took some work positioning the curtain as to not get the floor wet, and toilet runs unless you wiggle the handle back up, but overall, a very nice place. Would stay again if I ever found myself back in the area. "
