"Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to...

"When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. I asked them if I could just pay out of pocket for the night, just so I could sleep and then sort out the issue with hotels.com the next day. I got a room with no space, leaking...

"A peaceful and welcoming sanctuary after a long journey. The skylight in-terminal hotel is a beautiful place to stay, crisp linen, immaculately clean rooms, cool aircon and peaceful. I loved our stay here. The warm hospitality of the hotel and delicious breakfast made for a memorable stay and we were refreshed for the next leg of our journey! " I stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Addis Ababa twice in the past six months for business trips, and both stays were excellent. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming — special thanks to Samri and Kidist for their outstanding service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food, both at the restaurant and through room service, were delicious and fairly priced. A special thanks as well to Yerusalem for her fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays."

"Everyone was so amazing very helpful very kind and the guest relations supervisor was extremely knowledgeable she recommended me some nice places to go and see throughout the city some food or restaurants to try.
