"Beautiful castle and pool but no customer service. You have to do by yourself everything: fill in your water bottle at the bar, take your fan, your luggage… no room service. Breakfast is not a continental one. Lack of staff to welcome you. We stayed two days and they forgot to do the cleaning of our bedroom. We have to tell them!!!"

"One of the few hotels in the area that warrant a 3 star rating. The hotel is modern clean and located in the centre of this very picturesque town. The rooms are spacious clean and have a decent size bathroom. There is a good French restaurant within the hotel which appears to very popular with the locals. The staff were really polite and helpful. Definitely would stay here again (unlike some of the other hotels we had the misfortune to frequent!)"
