Rooms are big but no aircon, provided with a fan but during the heatwave, wasn't powerful enough. Hotel could do with investing in decents fans.
No lift at the hotel, reception staff were great with luggage but not ideal for them or visitors.

"Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone makes everything look nice but it isn’t as a good as pictures also towels were used and old "
