"This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had.
After checking in and settling into my room, a staff member knocked loudly on my door and, in a very emotional and confrontational way, told me I needed to move my car immediately—like I had done something wrong.
I called the front desk to clarify, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that if I didn’t comply, I would have to leave the hotel.
I moved my car as instructed, in the rain, to another area still within the hotel property but much farther from my room. Meanwhile, other vehicles remained parked where I originally was, which made the whole situation feel inconsistent and unfair.
When I went to the front desk afterward, I was told it was “the owner’s rules” and that they were just enforcing them—but no clear explanation was given, and nothing about this was communicated during booking or check-in.
It wasn’t just the parking—it was the way it was handled. The approach felt aggressive, unprofessional, and unnecessary.
First time experiencing something like this, and definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect when staying at a hotel."
