"We were greatful to the fact that there was a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The staff at the front desk, in the guest floors and in the restaurant were warm, hospitable and knowlageble. The berdoom and bathroom were spotlessly cleaned, the linen, bedding and towels were of top quality. Breakfast had several options that were great and coffee was delicious! Overall and excellent experience and would love to come back to get to know the area."

The property itself is stunning, with each room uniquely decorated and warm, elegant, and inviting. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The spa and pool area were immaculate and provided a wonderful place to relax. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. What made our celebration especially meaningful were the thoughtful touches from the staff. They beautifully decorated our bed for our anniversary and also decorated the table for our family dinner, making the occasion feel truly special. Those gestures meant so much to us and our family. The only suggestion I would offer is regarding the pacing of the five-course dinner. While each course was excellent, the meal lasted nearly four hours, which felt a bit too long. A slightly quicker pace would have made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Schloss Lieser is a beautiful destination with exceptional hospitality. We would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay."
