"First off this hotel is in the middle of no mans land. We drove forever trying to find it. Now we needed a one night stay for an airport transfer next morning bad idea! The place itself looked amazing if you were to go stay there for a few days and enjoy the activities. We got there late (not their fault) and were not close to the airport. Bad decision on my part. Staff was super sweet and understanding of my issues. "
"the place was very Safe, Quite and pleasant, the Staff Mrs Phiri was courteous ,very kind, Cheerfull lady and helpful. Rooms where clean. Good Leisure, we really feel at Home. "

"Honestly the food was terrible. It tasted like its been cooked 2days before.
The food was delivered very late 2 hours after ordering .
The fried chicken was stale to aay the list."
"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again
The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized. "
"The property is in Harare City, but almost feels like in the country becasue of the lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and the food was good. The room comfortable. The shower wasn't 100% consistant with its temperature, but worked ok."
