"I read reviews saying that’s where the celebrities stay so I wanted to try at least one night despite the price. Big mistake! The option of rooms offered were: big with no ac working with the heat of Europe this week or a small plain room with AC. Neither room had any view. The bedding is just ok compared to other hotels in Frankfurt. Only one restaurant and overpriced. Got my food wrong and had to redo. The gym is a joke, small and no AC, all black walls but at least open 24 hours. No pool . Spa closed.. location good for business not for tourists .Compared to the JW Marriott it was very disappointing in all categories . Wouldn’t stay again."

"Staff were friendly and amazing. The property is convenient and beautiful. They failed to advise us that the pool was closed (Which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay at the property. In one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working, the front desk worked diligently to fix the situation and changed the room for us. I could tell the technician was giving them "attitude" but, I can speak German and called them out on it. The front desk staff were amazing."

"Fantastic hotel and only one stop by train from the airport. We booked it to go to the stadium to see Metallica and it was one stop from the stadium too. Just 3 or 4 stops from the city centre and very easy to get around from there too. Extremely clean and tidy. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The shower had a choice of rainfall head or smaller head and was a nice size. I loved the water and fruit in reception. Also groceries and drinks to buy in the foyer. I would love to come back and stay there again as it was a wonderful experience."

"This is a nice little hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof. The room was a bit small but had sufficient drawers and hangers to put things away. There is a free coffee maker in the room (capsules provoded) and also a mini fridge kept empty for any items you might want to store in there. The desk area is open and well lit, with convenient outlets. The bathroom is well pictured on the website and there was plenty of hot water. The wifi was easy to connect to and speedy. There is also a nice and underused gym with cardio and dumbbells available. I had happy hour and dinner at the I house restaurant and found everything delicious. It is a basic menu, but Bolt and Wolt provide easy delivery from local spots as well. There are also 3 elevators which sped transit un and down. I recommend!"
