"We enjoyed our stay in Innsbruck very much. Our room had a lovely balcony with views to the mountains. It was clean and very comfortable. There are great facilities here for travellers with washing and drying machines easily accessible and inexpensive. The amenities area also had tea and coffee facilities and restocking."

"It was not fancy, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was my best night sleep on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't expect a fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room, but it was worth to get such a nice hotel for the price. If you get there after eight, no one will be there to check you, so make arrangements before you get there."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. You can also enjoy a comfortable 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a convenient bus stop right in front of the property. The room itself offered an amazing view, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a couple of minor downsides. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen or king. The shower is also on the smaller side, though it’s manageable and the water pressure is good. Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement."

"Everything was perfect! Wr loved and enjoyed our stay so much. The only detail we found was in the kids area, which was quite dirty (no talking about kids dirty), but a lot of dirt and and spider webs. Besides that, everything excellent!"
