The restaurant and rooftop bar, however were closed and looked to have been closed for a very long time. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that served a buffet breakfast. If the ground floor restaurant is made permanent or semi-permanent I would recommend drapes to draw diner’s attention inward. The view of the shopping center and dogs was lackluster."
