I have never stayed at a Daiwa Roynet hotel while traveling in Japan until my recent stay in Sendai. It is a nice hotel near Sendai Station and right in the thick of the action. Rooms are clean and quite, and the breakfast buffet was nice. There is a lot of Japanese-style food options for breakfast so if you are the type to want your typical Western breakfast of bacon and eggs you won't get that here. However, there are enough items to make you happy if you are not overly adventurous. Fruit and yogurt, toast, eggs, salad, and the typical Japanese items like rice, curry, yakisoba, ect. make for a good variety. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and the ladies taking care of making up the rooms were amazing. I'd stay at a Daiwa Roynet anywhere in Japan without thinking twice about it.

Best hotel we stayed at this trip. Highly recommend and would return to this one or other properties in Japan. Great location, very clean, excellent staff and luggage storage options prior to check-in time. In room coffee provided was fantastic which meant a wonderful start to the day.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and tidy. We were caught in a typhoon and had to change our itinerary quickly. The staff were very accommodating and kind. Very centrally located, and it is very quiet in your room.

We had a moderate room for 2. It was decently sized with a small table as well as desk chair. The additions you can grab at the main foyer was really excellent. From mouth wash to coffee bags. The air conditioning actually had English option and could actually get proper cooling when a lot of places are stuck with a centralised heating/cool system. In a time where winter is turning to spring, we were able to sleep comfortably.
