I wasn’t aware that property had smoking rooms and got reserved under one. I had to upgrade room due to a conference at property that still cost a substantial amount even with a discount and adding points to my bonvoy membership. Still we enjoyed the area and amenities. Thank you.

　ひとつ、細かいところですが、施設的に不便と思われる点がありました。 　洗面台で鏡を見ながら髪を乾かしセットする際に、背景が濃い木目のドアのため、髪の色が黒のため背景と同化してしまい、セットが非常にしにくかったと思いました。 　大したおしゃれをする人間ではないのですが、もし改善できればありがたいと思いました。 　息子の大学受験でしたので、そのために少し贅沢をさせいただきまして、上記以外は大変快適な時間をすごさせていただきました。　ありがとうございました。

仙台ウェスティンホテルについて

ベルによる部屋への案内もなく、部屋の中のコーヒーメーカー、カーテンの開け方、バスルームのお湯の出し方、全てがわかりませんでした。また朝食の案内もあり、レストランに行ったところ、長蛇の列で、コンビニで買って済ませました。高い宿泊費用でしたら、期待外れでした。
