"I loved everything about this hotel . The rooms are beautiful, the view of the volcano is amazing and the staff is SO helpful and friendly. They made arranging tours and transportation a breeze. I would absolutely come back and will recommend to anyone staying in the area. Definitely 10 out of 10!! Just a stunning property . I am a solo traveller and every staff member made me feel so welcome"

"We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with good aircon and spotlessly clean. Great black out blinds so had a lovely sleep. We loved the wet bar and forest thermal baths. Even in the rain it was a fantastic experience. The massage we had was fantastic and the spa room had the windows open so you could hear the sounds of the forest. All staff were delightful from check in to check out. We would return. "
