The new girl at the front desk was new and very kind but charged us after we had reservation with Expedia but that is being credited to us. Expedia helped in that situation. ..."

"My room was dirty. Stray strands of hair in the shower, wrappers and crumpled paper on floor along the stove, fridge side , and a used beach towel on my balcony.
