"The Holiday Inn ticked all the boxes, great location to transport, local restaurants. Now for the staff, room and the fantastic breakfast. The welcome from the front desk was warm and pleasant. My room on the 15th floor was amazing with a slight view of the harbour. The bed was super comfy and the linen beautifully matched. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had plenty of pressure and space. Now for the icing on the cake, was the breakfast bar and the amazing staff, that worked tirelessly to clear tables top up food and had time to greet everyone with a warm and pleasant “good morning” one staff stood and her name was Merry. Her customer service was impeccable, greeting guests with smile and asking about their day. I’ve never stayed in this area before and it was a pleasant surprise. "

"Hotel pictures was as per advertise when we check-in. All clean and good. Halley assisted us with the check-in and is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only downside that i would recommend for the hotel to include is a bidet for the toilet as its a distance from the shower. The club lounge details could be better detailed in the welcome note. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and experience at the club room and the club lounge. "
