"We had a delightful experience in this small boutique hotel. Exceptionally friendly owners were engaged in everyday operations. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. The breakfast was a delightful variety, of all you could eat. We would return in a heartbeat!"

"While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution. "

"Kom sent, ingen parkering. Fikk lov til å stå oppå fortauet. Topp. Stort kult rom. Litt dodgy at det ikke var vindu på rommet, men ellers bra. Måtte bære kofferten siste etasje pga heisen gikk ikke så langt opp. Flott frokost! Likte dette hotellet godt. "

"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."

"The cocker did not work and we found a used condom underneath the heater. The property is otherwise really nice as parts of it have been recently refurbished. But if you stay in one of the older rooms it is a more basic experience."

El único aspecto negativo ,aire acondicionado no entra dentro del precio por lo que si deseas disponer de él,debes solicitarlo y pagar por días. Resto, todo,perfecto ."
