"Hotel was ok"

"Good size room, spotless clean, wi-fi was occasionally slow. Staff at reception very nice and efficient. Excellent access to public transit and quick easy walk to Velodrome. Main complaint is air conditioning lacking and although it was cool at night window barely opened to cool down room. Room service stops too early. Also no USB charger port in room. "

"Nothing special about area it’s in. Outside is like a building site/ suburban flats. But. Walkable to main sights. Location good. "

"Really good spot near the underground and opposite a bus stop. Walking distance to city centre and in a nice area. Hotel room really spacious and modern inside. Breakfast is worth booking before you go as it’s worth the money."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, will give a free city ticket for all public transit in Berlin that can be used from the day you check in to the day you check out. Comfortable and clean room with essential toiletries, clean tap water. Great location, just an 8 minute walk from the train station. "

"Modern hotel, with a large clean room. Looking out on the river (across the road, with a long section of the old Wall in-between), once you are a few floors up. Excellent selection of breakfast, though it does get very busy at peak times (as the hotel warns about). Large selection of restaurants just around the corner, in a plaza that also has a cinema, bowling and two live events venues (Uber Arena and Uber Eats Music Hall) <10mins walk to Berlin Ost (East) train station Recommend"

"Staff are really good rooms are super clean and loads to do. I could not get my room cool my whole trip. The AC was complicated and even when I asked it just didn’t work. That and baggage drop of are normally all I look for in a hotel so was disappointed it didn’t really work. "
