"The tub was faulty. The flush was faulty and the AC was faulty.. we heard other people also complaining about the A/C not being cool enough. A little boy couldn’t sleep properly at all because he was sweating so much"

"Clean room. Attentive staff, good restaurant and coffee shop attached for easier morning and lazier evenings."

Only two comments: -for some reason our housecleaning stopped, perhaps I indicated that preference incorrectly. - morning breakfast: we had to search for the coffee, as the staff doesn’t offer it. Pretty sure most guests thought only the specialty coffee machine was available, as the urns are tucked away at the server station. That’s odd. And the hot breakfast. Most hotels change that daily for longer-term visitors. It became very monotonous after day 7. Minor complaints. "
