"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking
"
"Beautiful location, nice view if you book with river view! My room was a bit small, but otherwise excellent, the breakfast was great - bear in mind this is a 3 star hotel. I highly recommend!"
"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "
"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The linen, bathroom and room were clean and the room very spacious. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The carpets in my room and hallway and the bathroom need an upgrade. It was also unfortunate that I had noisy neighbours to the side and above me, so I think there isn’t much soundproofing. "

Alexanderplatz is a marvellous example of 1960s architecture and a centralised meeting place within Berlin that’s particularly popular with local residents.
Often described as “Berlin’s Champs-Élysées,” this elegant promenade is the city’s premier shopping strip and is punctuated with a moving war memorial.
Berliners come to celebrate their city in this public square, which was completely destroyed during the Second World War and isolated during the Cold War.
"Great location to explore Berlin. S-Bahn and U-Bahn a short walk away. A nice touch to be given a free drink voucher if not needing to have your room cleaned that day."
"An absolutely perfect stay. I would genuinely struggle to find fault with anything at all: we had a warm welcome from arrival, the property is modern, clean and excellently designed. The room was a masterpiece of maximising utility in a small space without feeling crowded. All in all one of the best places I’ve ever stayed "
"The hotel location is great, close to S-Bahn and train station. Easy ride from Airport to Hotel. Also it's located in central Berlin which is very close to most of the museums. Great staff and nice rooms. You need to check out the roof top bar and the restaurant. Amazing view of Berlin. "
