"We were not able to check in even though we arrived at the hotel at 6 PM, we had to wait about an hour. It was rather frustrating since our room was a family suit, one of the largest one in the hotel. Cleaning service was neither good. I had to request a re cleaning."

When we visited, it was a family-operated hotel, and the owner and his family were so kind and welcoming. They even played beautiful music during the complimentary breakfast, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and healing. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and they even upgraded our room when we arrived late. Everything felt both professional and heartfelt. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Sokcho, South Korea. Highly, highly recommend!"
