"Impeccable. Top of the top. One of the most fabulous stays I've ever had. I was here solo for business and stayed five days so I had to make use of a lot of their amenities and was constantly calling on the concierge and the front desk. Every staff was so attentive and well trained, amenities were incredible, room was so spacious and beautiful, bedding was comfortable and luxurious, the lobby bar and lounge was breathtaking,,, can't say enough good things about this place. Above all, what really made the difference for me were their staffs. They were there to really help you through every request. THANK YOU! I wish I had your names. My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks in the Executive Tower and were delighted with our upgrade to a Junior Suite—spacious, private, and truly relaxing. We especially enjoyed the exclusive access to the La Cime lounge, where we indulged in delicious daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hours—top-notch food and impeccable service throughout. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps away from Lotte Department Store DFS, Myeongdong Shopping District, and subway stations that made exploring Seoul a breeze. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. Highly recommended! "

"It's a very new hotel and to eujiro 3 gil station is only 4mins. Very clean. Two walk in closets, with coat steriliser, clothes steamer, wash machine and dryer, electric stove, small open kitchen, balcony. It will be excellent for longer stays as it's like a serviced apartment. However, the area is inder development and many building sites around. Security not so good so not recommend if you're staying alone as tge area is now very quiet at night, and the entrance downstairs has no security guard and no door code or door card required. "
