The counter staff are cordial and pleasant. The pizza restaurant nearby — Pizza Maru serves the cheesiest and yummiest pizza ever. Ediya Coffee within the hotel premise at Level 1 is peaceful. Free shuttle to Everland, so it’s convenient too :)
They didnt turn on the air conditioning to the room until the front desk was called at 2am. The desk explained that the hotel would turn on the air con in a few minutes to the room, and at 5am the room reached 19c. It is frustrating not having full control of the air con and the room stayed 26c most ...

Totaly, it was one of the best hotel I've ever visited. But there's on problem in my room. Lamps of bedroom and bathroom didn't work.
The breakfast was not good for us because there was not the soup it matches with the rice. And there chef not kind for us. When I close the Window it did not working . So I purpose them change the room but the other room, the bathroom was not good.They did not know their facilities good or not good. ...
Very professional staff with great hospitality. Excellent location for Everland / Caribbean Bay visitors. Clean and quite room with a very good bathroom, comfortable beds, big selection of satellite TV channels, nice view from its window.
