Excellent upscale hotel, attached to a huge shopping mall with various other activities. Comfy beds, clean room, attentive staff. Traffic in Seoul was horrible, so getting anywhere in the city from the hotel by car was a pain. But the hotel itself was great, especially for a short stay in Seoul, if you don’t plan doing much traveling.

Park Hyatt did not disappoint. The service was beyond consistent and efficient. The staff very friendly and ready to help you. Great at following up. The Korean restaurant was amazing.
