We were generally happy with the service. Even though not all the staff knew english, they were always very helpful and our requests were handled very quickly. The room was okay, however there could be brighter lighting, especially in the bathroom. We also had issues with the automatic flushing of the toilet. Not sure if it was user error or something was wrong. Even so, we felt comfortable in our room nontheless.

Fairmont Hotel experience has always been fantastic including this one. It was a little surprising to see that the shower head was old and rusty, and was not spraying properly. It’s not a big deal but a minor detail.

"The hotel was immaculate and in a great part of town. There were some oddities that we were unaware of before we booked. As an English speaker and foreigner, these would have been nice to know beforehand to set expectations. There are not physical room keys, you use a QR code on your phone to unlock. ..."
