"The apartment was incredibly spacious and well outfitted for a family of 4 to enjoy. The washing facilities were also very affordable. These apartments were in the middle of everything and very walkable to them, shops and restaurants but it wasn't too loud."

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "A wonderful hotel to stay within the Black Forest with free parking for hotel guests. The scenery around the area is great to view and the train passes by on the Ravenna Bridge. There are some stores within the hotel complex selling souvenirs, cuckoo clocks and glass arts. A giant cuckoo clock also plays during the day. "
