"We booked a “suite”… 2 beds and a couch lined up against a frigid air conditioner to get any fresh air at all… yet the staff said they were unable to provide additional comforters… in spite of the $430+ taxes PER NITE charge. This is DOUBLE the price of luxury hotels we’ll be staying at in Europe. ..."
