I had booked the presidential suite which indicated that it could accommodate 6 people whereas we were 5. The desk manager told me that the presidential suite was meant for 4 adults and 2 children and therefore I was responsible for paying for 1 more adult. I ended up paying an extra Euros 320 for 1 more adult for 4 nights. On the last night of our stay my daughter (who weighs 70kg) sat on a chair in our bedroom and one of its legs gave way and she fell down. Luckily she didn't hurt herself and since we were getting late for a wedding I did not call the front desk to report this and went to attend the wedding. The next morning at check out I reported the chair incident to front desk who upon instruction from his desk manager insisted on charging us TL 500 for the damage. To avoid missing our flight from the airport, I paid that sum and left in a rental car that had been arranged by the hotel. As we were on our way to Antalya airport, the driver of the cab received a call from the hotel asking him to bring us back to the hotel because there was a major problem. When we arrived back we were told that they had mistakenly charged us only TL 500 thinking it was a plastic chair that broke, but when they found out that it was a wooden chair, the charge was going to be TL 2000 and that is why they had called us back to the hotel. This has been the most horrible experience of my stay in any hotel where we were hijacked from our ride to the airport and were forced to pay the “ransom”.

The hotel and staff were lovely but we were supposed to get a free bottle of fizzy wine off hotels.com but when I got it home and google translated it it was alcohol free also at the bar you were corralled into a line so only 1 person could get served at a time, I have seen this years ago in 3 * hotels but I didn’t think they still done this, my brothers were staying at there sister hotel Arcadia and we went there and had a better experience, but I must say the entertainment team were great the shows were fabulous xx

I stayed in here for 6 nights, they have disco music in the evenings, too many russian people but no russian music at all, too many turkish music ((. Disco was no very fun at all. The rest all good.

The staff were very friendly, the food was great with plenty of variety and the pool was open and not overcrowded. All you could possibly need, except perhaps ice cream, at a great price.

Lovely hotel with good quality food and very clean. The location was an issue for us because it is far from Antalya. Cihanghir at reception gave us such a lovely welcome. He is polite, helpful and very professional.

There was lots to do for families and just couples alike. The food choice and quality was better at lunchtime than evening. Some of the staff in the bars and restaurants were very friendly others were through gritted teeth. Front desk were business like only.

Could be so Much Better
Limak Atlantis De Luxe Hotel & Resort, Belek I'm probably biased because I don't really like all-inclusive but went here with my daughter because a friend and her kids had already booked it. There was plenty of food, but none of it that great, in my opinion, considering this is supposed to be a 5 star resort. There are restaurants you can book a la carte, but they cost an extra 10 pounds per head and still weren't that nice. Other niggles - no sheets in the rooms, only an 'undersheet' on the mattress but nothing to cover your body with. Also, very annoyingly, if you hadn't gone out by about 8 in the morning to bag a sunbed, they were all 'taken' even though many people never even bothered to show up to use their beds for hours. I found this really irritating. The guests in the resort (at least in the week we were there) were mainly Turkish, Russian and German and so this was reflected in lots of the entertainment, and reps there (we didn't see a UK rep all week), and in nationalities in kids clubs etc - I'm just pointing out for other UK or other nationality visitors who might prefer to have a resort with more information/entertainment in English although it could have just been the week we were there. On the plus side, I didn't see any bad (drunken) behaviour all week! It's very much a family resort.

First impressions the building is aged got to our room fruit bowl had rotten plum in there must have been there for a while minibar in room barely anything in there information desk always unattended spa was very unprofessional the gentleman incharge kept calling my wife “yinge” which translates to aunt or brothers wife i would expect that from maybe a salesman in bazaar. Food there were heaps of but nothing of quality massive fish smell in restaurant also more senior staff love having meeting in the middle of restaurant floor speaking loudly to other staff cutlury dirty. Lion king night was very good other nights were boring to be honest at nights there is a mosquito problem got bitten heaps had to protect the kids. To summarise we had a very bad experience im a family with 2 young kids its a more kid friendly hotel i feel sorry for people if you come as a couple as i think there are as many kids as adults. I wasted 5 days of my precious holiday and more than 2k hope this review helps others...

Clean beach, good night shows, spectacular food
We didn't know what to expect of this hotel due to the mixed reviews we read, but it ended up going above and beyond all our expectations. The entertainment (both day and night) was fun every single day, though it was unfortunate that nothing happened on Sunday's. Food selection is absolutely fantastic and unlike anything I've ever experienced at an all inclusive resort before. Rooms were cleaned constantly and the staff who interacted with us were exceptionally polite.

Beautiful hotel and delicious food
This hotel was amazing! Very clean! The sheets were crisp and white, we felt very comfortable in the room. The kids club was super fun for my little one and the activities were not bad. The main restaurant had delicious food and they managed to change the Menu everyday. The nightly shows that were put on by the entertainment group of the hotel were hellacious. We also rented a car from the hotel at a reasonable rate. I would definitely come back. Great group of people and top notch service!

Truly looked after...
I stayed here with my family for nearly three weeks and were sad to leave. The staff are all amazing and really looked after us; no request was too much. They have food and drink pretty much 24/7, with plenty of variety. The pancake hut is amazing and selection of baklava also. The entertainment and shows are really fun. The staff are amazing. Considering the length of time we stayed, we could only think of two negatives: - The towels, beach and room, could do with replacing - The food needs better labeling. Vegetarian seeming food is not always vegetarian. Rice is cooked in chicken broth, for example. I really have to mention Mariya in guest relations, Dilan in the main restaurant and the Indian and Oriental chefs. They really looked after us and ensured we had proper vegetarian food. Mr Yasin, the front desk manager, helped track down a bag we forgot and had it delivered to us; superhero! There is a bowling alley, water slides and kid's club onsite for youngsters. The bar staff showed the boxing for me, when I requested it. Shisha selection is awesome for adults. I would return!

Great hotel lovely holiday
Me and my 22 year old daughter just spent a lovely relaxing week here at the Limak Atlantis. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable, so much so that if my daughter could have fit her mattress in her suitcase I think she would’ve done. A reasonably stocked fridge in the room was great to have though not very cold. We did mention this to the hotel relations guy who kindly offered to replace it but it really wasn’t that bad. Bathroom was also very nice with a great shower too. All in all I would score the room a 7 out of 10 with a point dropped for a tv with about 50 channels but only 1 news channel in English! And another couple of points dropped for no air conditioning! It has ducted fresh air available but this wasn’t great. Swimming pools and sunbeds are a plenty with loads of areas to relax. Pool water is very clean but very cold too which probably wouldn’t be an issue in the height of summer but wasn’t great in Late October. Brilliant pier at the beach with lots of sunbeds and shades, a shower and a well stocked fridge of bottles of water. These fridges are all around the place as well. Food) no complaints here, so much choice and plenty to eat at any time of day or night. Drinks) We drank mainly beer or Smirnoff Vodka and coke, there were some cocktails as well which were nice enough. Only downside on the drinks front was not enough bar staff at peak times but they worked hard to clear queues so not too much of an issue.

Excellent hotel and facilities on the beach
From the moment you arrive in the hotel you are made to feel very welcomed by all the Staff. Check in process was quick and easy. The hotel was very accommodating as I was travelling on my own to surprise my sister and her friends who were already at the hotel (5th visit for them) and Maria ensured that I had a room right next to them so many thanks to you. My room was of a very high standard complete with pool view and fruit basket, chocolates, wine and a well stocked minibar. The pool areas and hotel grounds were immaculate. All Staff were friendly and polite and always asked you how your day was going......First class service in our beach cabana which was excellent... The food was of a very high standard and variety and the Waiters and Waitresses could not do enogh for you...Martin and his entertainment team were amazing and so friendly putting on shows and events for all age groups. The Retro night and the Oktoberfest were amazing and I would like to thank them for all their hard work arranging these events and making them such a great success. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again next year.

This not a good place for parents..
First of all, cleaning is a big issue.. if you have a small baby you really need to be in a clean place.. however, room service was just tidying up our room rather than cleaning...I tested this on few occasions.. I deliberately left some junk in the bathroom corner .. it stayed there forever, i left a piece of shaving foam on the corner of the sink... it was not cleaned after room service... some stuff in the open buffet restaurants were serving as if by force....I was so annoyed a i paid money and serving people are serving in with a unpleasant face.... during our stay of 8 days nobody bother to explain us what facilities they have... where are the restaurants....I hated this hotel will not recommend to anybody...

Honest review. I'd just like to point out, that all the way through the stay of the hotel, it was on for getting a 5* for the tripadvisor rating. It was only due to an incident on the last evening (that did ruin our last day), that I'm choosing to give it a 4*. This incident was at the Poseidon A'La Carte restaurant. It was our second trip to this restaurant, we booked in for 7pm and like always were the first ones in there and we weren't greeted at the restaurant. We had to wait till 7:50 until our starters arrived. What annoyed us here was that there were other guests which arrived at half past 7/25 to 8 who received their starters at the same time as us. To add insult to injury, when the mains came at 8:15, on my meal, I lifted up the bread to find that there was a fly under it, as well as others crawling on the plate. I understand that this is an outdoor restaurant, but it was the fact that there was a dead fly underneath the food. The waiters apologised and sent the food back, which came back almost immediately to me, the food had not been recooked, it only had the plate changed. This was off putting, so we opted to leave instead of continuing the meal, we were still willing to pay the surcharge of €5, however the waiters blocked our exit from the restaurant, and was demanding that we gave them the cash immediately. This was strange to us, as all other meals had been charged to the room, and a small debate broke out, the waiter then giving us the food for free. We fou

La chambre était bien conforme à la photo. Seule la robinetterie était à revoir. Nous avons vécu l'enfer avec les ascenseurs aussi bien pour l'accès à la chambre et l'accès au restaurant. La clientèle était essentiellement russe et des pays de l'est, jamais aucun sourire, aucun bonjour, aucun merci ..... La plage n'était vraiment pas agréable, le sable était sale, l'aire pour les enfants ressemblait à Beyrouth. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant était une grande cantine pleine de cochons irrespectueux de la nourriture et des gens. Peut-être une seule semaine aurait été supportable, mais pas deux !!!
