"The staff are amazing! Beautiful and obliging for any request. They were very helpful to arrange room change as our room was up a hill and many steps. The photos of resort showed it to flat. So I had booked this as I have had recent surgery on my knee. I thought this place was perfect. To go to breakfast and meals everyday it was a climb up many stairs. Room service was available so it all worked out well. The villa we booked was private with own garden and pool and a flat walk to the beach only very short distance. This is a paradise for young couples and families. This is not a resort for people with disabilities. It is totally unsuitable for wheelchairs and very rocky paths to walk if unstable. A beautiful place but they need to advise correctly access conditions."

"Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time. Food was delicious. Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys. We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. Maybe a few small negatives but theyโre not worth mentioning as no place is perfect. You will not regret staying here. And Lovina is great place to visit. Wish we had more time to explore this region."
