"Great location and staff were very friendly"

"Professional staff And good location"

"Actually barely saw staff as check in and out automated. Nice hotel, conveniently located for restaurants and not too far from station. Comfortable room with some clothes cleaning cabinet."

"The hotel is good for the prince and the onsen was good."

"館内、部屋の中も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。15:00〜21:00のウェルカムドリンクや時間が過ぎてもカウンターにあるホットハーブティーが飲めるのがサービスの良さを感じました。チェックアウトの作業をしなくてもスムーズにホテルを後にできるのも良かったです。"

"It was a great hotel in a great city"

"Great clean, efficient place to shower and nap. Great layout to encourage quiet."

"Really lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to Nishi park which we loved. Lots of shopping close by. The bento breakfast was great. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee but we carried our own, "

"Perfect location center of sendai, freindly staff, good breakfast."

"I like this hotel."

"Friendly staff "

"The price was low, and there were local specialty products for breakfast, and it was substantial"

"Good clean hotel with helpful staff "

"The value of the hotel is great. It has just what you need and the rooms are clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was walking out the door on a rainy day and one of the staff members stopped me and gave me an umbrella to borrow while I was out. I would recommend to anyone. The hotel was a short walk from the train station which made it easy to get around the city."

"Good location by the train station, room had good amenities, staff were helpful "

"The building was very old but the location was perfect and staff was helpful and friendly"

"Hotel is located about 3 km outside of downtown Sendai on the bank of a river. View of the river and the far shore is excellent. Hotel has no garden or grounds. Outside of hotel needs a cleanup; inside is very clean. Check-in is not until 6:00 pm; which was very inconvenient. Staff were helpful. Breakfasts are selected from a set menu at time of check-in and are placed outside your room in the morning."

"Nice and friendly staff, very clean and easy to find, good value for money, I would stay here again"
