The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. "The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Parking is tight, but we were able to find a spot on the street. We walked to the train station to take the train to Cinque Terre. The morning breakfast is lovely, and the staff at reception is very accommodating. This is a great little hotel!"

"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment! The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind. I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."

"Very nice location, close to town and a short taxi to the train station. Parking was a problem, but we eventually found a spot. The perfect place to stay if you plan to have an all day adventure in Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nice! We had a nice view of the water, although smaller than was advertised."

"L'emplacement est magnifique, loin des regards, une vue exceptionnelle. Les déjeuners "maison" sont de bonnes qualité. Les seuls "hic" sont la distance avec le village de Vernazza et l'accès. Le transport en commun de soir est à 19:00, donc pas de marge de manoeuvre. L'hôtel devrait donner plus de détails sur le transport et l'accès. Sentier pédestre assez difficile pour accéder au village, mais vue imprenable. Chambre petite. Les proprios sont très gentils et serviables. Belle expérience."

Staff very friendly and located close to beach. If I was to return car required as a bit too far to walk to shops etc but hotel does offer a shuttle service which is reasonably priced"
