Special thanks to the lady on reception who then went to work in the reception in the evening (sorry forgot her name) she was so nice and made us feel very welcome. "This property is well maintained, the units have everything you need, extremely comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee every morning from the on-site coffee van. It is located in a quiet area in Agnes Waters, with only a short drive to 1770. Close enough to walk to the beach. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone and we will be staying here again when we return. "

"Great house, but no ability to make coffee. No beach towels or beach chairs, despite a beach right there. No instructions for anything in or around the house. There was a pool in the large complex that we never could find. How to get to the beach was a mystery we solved, but with no help. House was otherwise nice & well-equipped; managers no help with anything. "
