great location, right in the heart of Santa Cruz. rooms were clean and well maintained, everything was provided except for hair conditioner that I need desperately but other than that everything was great. we didn't get to use the pool but I noticed there was no sun in the pool area if you're looking to take a tan or always cold in water like me.

The hotel was very nice helpful and the rooms were excellent. Their is a restaurant next door with good food and cold beer. The only downside is that the hotel is on a very narrow street and it is a 120 yard walk to the nearest place where a taxi can drop off or make a pickup. This is not a big problem except for someone with a disability.

This hotel gets 5 stars for its location alone. The staff were very helpful, the rooms are small but nicely appointed with free waters, soda, coffee and tea. The pool is also a nice addition on those hot Seville summer days.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Murillo Reinoso and would happily return. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel is full of character, and everything about our visit felt comfortable and well cared for. My one note for future guests is about room placement. Our room had a window facing a pedestrian alley, and during sleeping hours people walking by and talking loudly were a real disturbance. The hotel thoughtfully provides eye masks and earplugs, which is a nice touch, but I personally can't sleep with them on, so they didn't solve the problem for me. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest requesting a room away from the alley when you book. Other than that, it was truly an excellent stay. Great hotel, great hospitality, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.

I LOVED this hotel. It was absolutely perfect in every way, The location is ideal, it's lovely and the room was spacious (I even had the twin room and it was plenty big.) The sitting area with coffee is lovely. I would stay here again in an instant!
