Overall a good experience. I did however feel that despite this being a family friendly hotel, the options for kids dining was very limited. I also felt that the food choices were limited and quite over priced.

Excellent hotel with very nice and friendly personnel and very nice view over the lake. The restaurant had very good food but if you stay longer you get bored as not to many choises

This property has a wonderful view of Lake Annecy and makes you feel like your outside when inside. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to take care of you.

The property has a great location right on the lake. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. My only negative was there should be more of a selection on the tapas and room service menus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel close to Annecy
The hotel is new. When I made the reservation it was not yet a star ranking and now it is a 5 start hotel and well deserves it. The whole experience from check in to check out was amazing. The rooms have names and not numbers which is a nice touch. The service is great. Hotel still smells as new which is cool. We ate dinner at the hotel, both service and food were amazing. The people are all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice including eggs, vegetables, fruits, serials, juices, pastries and bread and coffee. Everything one needs for a good breakfast. The pool is like an infinite pool, very nice. The hotel was not crowded which adds to a good experience. We left a bag of laundry outside and it was picked up by mistake. It took a simple ask and it was returned free of charge, great service. Overall very good and worth a visit.

Bien mais cher
L'hôtel est très bien, personnel serviable, à notre écoute et efficace, chambre et literie confortables, vue exceptionnelle face aux montagnes et au bord du lac. En revanche service en chambre erratique et non suivi (chocolat et bouteille d'eau mis dans la chambre le soir puis plus mis, nécessité de réclamer du papier toilette, ainsi que capsule café en principe fourni en libre service dans la chambre. Bref cela fait un peu désordre pour un 5* !! Par ailleurs SPA limité avec 2 cabines (sauna+hammam) dont 1 HS tout le séjour de 10 jours, piscine intérieure top petite (nage impossible). Enfin coût des repas trop élevé, petit déjeuner trop cher pour les choix proposés. Certes c'est un buffet sucré, salé mais avec le strict minimum proposé pour le prix ! Nous avons connu d'autres hôtels avec des petits déjeuner beaucoup plus copieux (tartes salées et sucrées, verrines, etc ...) pour un coût nettement inférieur. Diner très cher aussi pour des plats aux portions minimalistes. Bref, même si l'hôtel est très bien, le statut 5* parait surestimé et le coût trop élevé des à côtés.

Il est inadmissible que pour un 5 étoiles ,il ne soit pas possible de manger le soir car toutes le tables étaient prises en grande partie par des clients externes à l'hôtel !

rapport qualité prix décevant pour un 5 étoiles
Hôtel et personnel très sympathiques mais la proximité de la route très (trop) bruyante jour et nuit gache le plaisir des chambres les moins chères (qui restent à des prix très élevés) situées sur le parking avec vue route....la notre n’avait qu une mini fenêtre de côté obstruée d’un voile ....le rendu était donc d’être dans une chambre d’un hôtel 5 étoile avec très peu de luminosité extérieure. Sinon c’est un hôtel très familliale....avec donc beaucoup d’enfants dans la piscine. Petit déjeuner fort sympathique qui nous a été offert pour s’excuser du retard du check in à 16h.
