Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to everything. Town has free shuttle as well as there is a free shuttle provided by hotel. Beautiful landscape. Hotel restaurant very good. Great coffee.

Outside looked nice, but that was not the case on the inside my family refused to sleep in room. I had to request another. So we had to pay the diffrence for a decent room and pay for an extra room because they had no other rooms with double beds for the three of us. But one room had usage backup in the tub they politely cleaned it. But as soon as I finished showering sueage spewed from the drain filling the the bottom of the tub. Through out the night it drained and filled a few times . They did offer a free shuttle to the cruse port , but we had to wait an for them to find the driver but he did show and take us to the ship.

It's an older hotel with basic amenities. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the price, it's pretty good especially its strategic location with the free shuttle stops nearby. The nicest person who greeted us warmly and very helpful was Christopher. You could tell that he really enjoys his job.

Request for an accessible room was not provided, and the only room available 20 minutes after check-in began was in an old building never updated. Tiny, tiny bathroom with door swinging inward, low toilet, and no grab bars. Told at check-in that such requests can only be considered if you call the hotel directly and apparently never through Expedia or other search sites. Beds had scratchy bedspreads and broken-down mattresses making it hard not to roll off onto floor. Front desk wonan was nice but did not trade rooms for us with someone who had not yet checked in to provide a room that would have accommodated my wheelchair more easily.

the cleaning crew cleaned out our room before we checked out. we left to have breakfast at 8am and came back to our room cleaned... which is good... but they threw away all of our food and drinks that we planned on taking with us.

The good- Nice lobby, staff were mostly kind and helpful, especially the housekeeping mgr. Appreciate office knowledge of rules around service animals. Location is walkable to harbor, activities, shops and restaurants. The price was very reasonable, even for off season. The not so good- We were in an older part, and though clean and in mostly good condition, room was small with basic amenities. Older (non-smart) TV, limited channels. Tiny fridge and coffee pot, no micro. This building was right along the highway. Some disruptive parking lot clean up and maintenance going on without notice (until mentioned), with no business center or alternate place to work. Hotel restaurant may only be sufficient for those wanting fried or comfort food. No discount for hotel guests, or breakfast amenities. Bottom line, this was a good budget choice while waiting to get into our long-term rental, but an extended stay was not that comfortable. For summer visitors that will spend most of their time out enjoying Seward, this will be a good choice for budget and location.

Older property in need of updating. Staff was super. Rooms clean and quiet. Beds are on softer side but still comfortable. Interestingly the room had some very convenient built ins to hold luggage or sit upon. Rooms were larger and conveniently laid out. Peacefully quiet. In walking distance on Marina and day cruises. Hotel has restaurant and bar under same name serviced by lovely people serving good tasting food. This place however needs a good scrubbing and fresh paint. The restaurant, “Ray’s”, a five minute walk from hotel, is the very best place we found to eat in the three days we were in Seward. Fantastic selection of seafood and steaks, cocktails, wine and desserts. Just Wow! A little on the expensive side but every other place was too. Ray’s was the only one worth it in our opinion.

The room that we got was not the one that was displayed. The property has three different locations all operating under same name. This is false advertising to say the least. Ended up paying $40 tax to change to a decent room. This is unacceptable. Would like to talk to Expedia how they allow properties to do such sort of a business.

We are sorry that you did not like our standard rooms. They are the rooms that are in the pictures on Expedia. We do have the Harbor Annex room listed on Expedia for a higher price. This is the annex building of our hotel. All other rooms are in the main building. Our standard rooms have outside entrances as they were the original part of the motel. We also have deluxe rooms that we list on Expedia, that are in the main building.. We only have one location for the Breeze Inn Motel.

Staff forgot to clean the room, I had to call house keeping to make up the beds. Linens were clean but they still didn't clean the bathroom, kitchen and didn't empty the trash. Room was advertised with breakfast included but there was no breakfast.

It is an older hotel and I was nervous when we arrived as our room was in the section where the doors open to the outside. However, the room was super clean, it was very quiet and we had no issues. This was during the shoulder season, so I'm not sure what it is like during the summer. But I was very pleased with our stay! We went on the Kenai Fjords tour and it is located right across the street. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!
