"Fantastic traditional B&B close the centre of Dawlish and a short walk from all transport options. We booked last minute but the hosts Ian and Nikki were pleased to accommodate us and provided comfortable clean rooms and a delicious award winning breakfast. Only caveat is the car park is relatively tight and might present a problem for drivers of larger SUVs but Ian was on hand upon arrival to greet arriving guests and ensure the parking worked out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely stop again for a next trip to Dawlish."
