Amazing experience. First time using the limousine service and was great indeed. Hotel is not able to book for us the Rong restaurant as they do not provide reservation. However, we still manage to get our lunch there to experience the fantastic food!

I've been staying at this hotel for close to a decade now and still keep coming back. I have noticed that the rooms are showing signs of aging and wear which is a bit disappointing. Also, there is massive construction on one side of the hotel and for the last 3 trips they have put me on the construction side. Maybe chosse a "city view" if available when you book.

Hotel sent staff to come in my room to ask for permission to check my luggages. It was later explained someone requested to check out my room and hotel wanted to reconfirm. Hotel admitted this was a human mistake afterwards.

The shower was really pretty, but one day there was no way to adjust it to be cold, then there was no hot water.

There was absolutely nothing special about this hotel, which I found extremely disappointing. The room itself was mediocre at best, the view out the window looks down on a massive construction project, the pool was cold and had mold dripping off the walls, the breakfast was underwhelming and the food was as cold as the dining room. Things I had seen such as a free mini bar or hosted happy hour were not true either. All in all, a colossal disappointment. If this is the “concept” that Hyatt had in mind, they should go back to the drawing board. I’ve had better stays in hotels 1/4 of the price.
