Once you get used to travel in China. I would rate this hotel is very comfortable and convenient Use of the. Shuttle bus is extremely convenient. Just finding it at the airport and train for the first time is a little challenging Hotel Is very suitable for the young families

Clean and big rooms. Very accessible to Disneyland with bus transfer. Shout out to the male staff at the Concierge. Even though he cannot speak English, he tries very hard to take my food order via Meituan and also assist in airport transfer to Pudong airport. Thank you.

Joy Lu on the concierge desk was exceptional in helping us organise transportation. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and value for money. The free laundry and shuttle back into the city were a bonus. Thank you to the helpful staff. We will stay here again.

Rooms where well kept and clean. Little Bit of a challenge to get from Airport to hotel taxi driver was demanding cash would not take Ali pay of cards .Would be great if hotel could tell you where to catch the coach at the airport Once you get that figured out. Coach service is excellent Stay not very good in English but with the uae of translator on phones staff was more than eager to help in anyway possible Free Laundry machine was amazing!!!

This was our second stay in a matter of days. We booked it the night before our stay. Joy Lu on the concierge desk was excellent yet again with our luggage and ordering transportation to the airport. Thank you Joy Lu. Breakfast buffet selection was good and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this stay.
