Comfort and relaxation are here!
This hotel is amazing! The room was tidy and elegant. The staff is really helpful. We went to Disneyland Shanghai and the plan was to depart at 6 am. They helped us prepare and package a very nice breakfast to take with us. Amazing location and service!

Good Stay
The stay was very pleasant and peaceful . All facilities - bed, sofa, TV, desk, minibar, wardrobe are OK . Room size is also spacious . Price is reasonable . Room not very soundproof .Could hear loud floormates from the hallway Staff is helpful & service is good. They help me to find store location and print the map for my easy reference. Breakfast is good with a lot of local food . Location is a bit far out of center of the City on the Pudong side. Not too far from the airport though . Near 2 subway stations with around 10 mins walk . There's a bus stop just outside of the hotel, route 1008 can take you to the subway station. Near to expo center only 15minutes by taxi or use shuttle bus. It is close to my office and I can walk back every morning. . Overall stay is good

Terrible house keeping. Hotel is quite old and needs renovation badly. This was my second time there. Was much better earlier and that's why i booked again.

Everything was nice, but the pool is not a relaxing place. A lot of swimming lessons were going on. Staff always said “sir” and ignored my wife. The food was good. The room was nice but had the smell of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Overall, we’d stay again though.

The employees were friendly and the breakfast was great. Comfortable bed and nice facilities but they are not as well maintained as they could be - grout missing in shower, stained bathroom ceiling, noisy air conditioning. Had a room next to the elevators which was noisy.

Overall good value and comfortable one week stay
We were happy with our stay for one week as we were there for business. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely but there are not many options for eating and especially for a drink after a long day of work. The only bar we could find was the hotel bar and it was empty and not even fully operating. After ordering 2 drinks and waiting more than 15 minutes we canceled our order and left. The access to the full fitness center was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good value with a good variety of options. The rooms are relatively spacious and the beds very comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Noisy, I could not sleep until 1am because of the noise created by elevator! 房间隔音极差，晚上电梯上下声，过路人的说话声，隔壁的手机铃声声声入耳，凌晨一点才能入睡！马桶，早餐和其他配套都比东方路假日酒店差很多，还超级贵，严重不满！

Good clean and comfortable
Great staff. Check in and checkout was very easy. The lady in reception even booked a cab for me and came out and instructed the driver to drop me at the correct terminal in Shanghai.

Unpleasant stay
Stayed here once few months ago and it was quite alright.. however it’s unpleasant this time. 1. Towel has hair, seems like not changed or cleaned at all.. I’m always very particular with cleanliness when comes to hotel. This really gets to my nerves 2. Air con wasn’t working well, getting colder not warmer especially when the weather is so cold.. Counter mentioned it’s checking by maintenance now and should be up by 20-30mins.. didn’t work till the next day.. the temp is still at 22Deg when I woke up the next day.. 3. Room service came knocking at my door asking if I have laundry to send.. This shows that you guys have no system or procedures internally on dealing this.. Why would I have laundry when I’m checking out today? Obviously no proper system to know your rooms well.. 4. At the check in, counter told me that mine is not king size , telling me it’s stated King or queen.. I told them that I chose King during the booking which I double confirmed it is.. why would this being challenged when it was chosen correctly. I hate to say that I won’t be coming back to this hotel due to this unpleasant experience

Hotel provides shuttle bus to Zhangjiang、Kangqiao and Exhibition center during working days. Concierge also provide shuttle bus to Disney Resort at weekend. We look forward to your next stay.

I book a king size bed but it turn out to be two really small beds. I booked with Hotels.com for over 10 years. This is first time I stay in a standard two beds room.

Shockingly great hotel, a little out of the way.
Wow. I have never stayed in a Holiday Inn like this. It was very upscale and we were impressed. It is a little far out of center of the City on the Pudong side. Not too far from the airport though. The location is not the most central, but the quality of the hotel in all ways, makes it a tremendous value.

Was Better Before
It is not the first time I stayed in this Hotel but this time I was very disappointed. Hotel AC was switched off and they told me that because some guests want it on cooling. I cannot understand this when the temperature was 10 degrees during the night. Also the internet was so slow that it was even hard to receive e-mails.

Meh. Room Smell and Poor Connection
The internet connection is dismal. Might be okay for a normal user but any IT or business professional planning on getting work done from your room is going to be out of luck. Even when you tap into the wired port in the room you're at speeds that max out at 300 KB/s and that's only for a short period of time. The connection will drop within 5 mins and have to be started. This means any file that cannot be downloaded within 5 mins at 300 KB/s will fail. This is a huge frustration for anyone trying to actually work. Second, the room smells like smoke. I requested a non-smoking room but about halfway through the week long stay the smell of cigs started infusing the room. Where was it coming from? I have no clue. Perhaps the next room over is NOT non-smoking and I was reaping the benefits poor air ducts. I had to open a window in January to clear out the smell. The property is not near anything fun... my company picks this hotel for this closeness to our plant so this is fine for me. But if anyone wants to sight see or get out and see the city, you're looking at a 30 min cab ride to do so. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful getting you into a taxi to where you need to go but they ignore the DND light on the room. Twice while sleeping and (and once while naked) I had a housekeeping person walk into the locked room. They won't stop either, once they saw me they kept coming in, very odd.

Clean and comfortable size room but noisy
Location is not bad, with 5-10-mins walk to shopping mall, supermarket and restaurants but a bit far away from metro station. About half an hour ride to the airport by taking taxi. The room is fine. It's clean with comfortable size. Appreciate international TV channels are available, not solely the local one. But the construction quality was pretty bad. You may clearly hear what happen outside the corridor and the neighbor room even the room door is locked tight. I was arranged for a room next to the concourse. When the escalators go up and down, I can hear the noise generated from the machines, very disturbing.

Nice Hotel, helping staffs,good facilities
Quiet environment, spacious and tidy room, good swimming pool and facilities. Excellent receptions and concierge service. Next to restaurants and shopping center. 15 mins walk from Metro station.
